At SELF, we know that basic literacy skills are the cornerstones of success in employment, life and family. Our free, small group and one-on-one literacy tutoring is offered to English-speaking adults in Mississauga and Brampton, giving them the confidence to:

• Understand job postings and pay stubs
• Complete drivers licence forms and testing
• Read medical notes and prescription information
• Do banking and maintain personal finances
• Help children with homework

SELF enables non-readers to achieve their goals with individualized programs designed to help them learn to tackle real-life reading-related situations. Give someone you know (a friend or family member, an acquaintance, someone you employ) the gift of learning for living.
